Description:
When you install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you may receive the following error message:
Error: 0x8024200D
This issue can occur if Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) was downloaded by Windows Update but has not yet been installed, or if the installation has become corrupt.
Solution:
1. Restart your computer and before Windows logon screen appears press F8 continuously which will bring “Advanced Boot” options.
2. Please select “Safe mode” and hit enter to start your computer in Safe mode.
3. Once you have logged into safe mode, go to Control Panel -> User Accounts and create a new administrator user account.
If the issue is still not fixed, it can be a very critical
problem with your computer affecting your personal data and the Windows
Operating System. You will have to chat with our Experts or

high priority.
