The System Event Notification Service service failed the logon. Access denied

STEP:1

Start computer in safe mode.

STEP:2

logon on to administrator.

STEP:3

Click the start button

STEP:4

Search "cmd.exe"

STEP:5

Select it and then "ctrl - shift - enter" to allow elevation request

STEP:6

Type in - "netsh winsock reset" press enter

STEP:7

Then Restart your computer.
