How to Add a Signature in Email Accounts On Windows 8

The email client is a default built in feature of windows 8. To configure your Google account and Outlook.com you can use this feature. Signature is very important while sending emails. In Windows 8, with Mail app you can add a customized signature on your email. This modern UI is supported by the email account sports. It is also possible to add different signature for different accounts. To add an email signature on your account do the following.
Canned Statement: Let me go ahead and enable E-mail Signature on your computer.
§ To open the settings menu, open the mail app and click (Win + I) key.
§ Click on accounts from the settings menu to list out all the configured email accounts.

§ Select one of the accounts you want to edit the signature.
§ Scroll down the list. Now you can see the options “Use an email signature” and “Sent from Windows Mail”. Add text in the signature box.

§ Note: You can only include plain text in the box. It is not available the formatting and font selection.
